Sub-regional Conference on promotion of the two Conventions on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (1954) and on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (1970) was held in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan on 27-28 June, 2017.
